Please pray for my poor ###

My mother had a stroke due to a blood clot a month ago. Now, her left side is paralyzed, and she is unable to swallow or get out of bed and walk. Because she has a nasogastric tube and a catheter, she cannot be taken home for care, so the family has placed her in a nursing home. However, my mother is struggling to adapt to life at the nursing home. She can't see her family and feels insecure. The first three months after a stroke are a critical recovery period, but the rules at the nursing home are restrictive, and it is impossible to provide her with rehabilitation or treatment. The entire family is in a state of distress. I am in a different city from my mother and unable to care for her in person. The solutions I have suggested are hard for the family to accept, and due to financial concerns, relationships are becoming strained. Please pray that God’s mercy and healing will come to my poor mother, and that God will forgive her sins, whether intentional or unintentional, and any wrong things she may have said. Please restore her ability to swallow freely and walk again! Please also pray that God will anoint all the family members who are caring for her and provide for all our financial needs! We are truly sorry to hear about your mother's condition, and we are here to pray and offer some biblical encouragement. Firstly, it is so important to remember that even in the most challenging times, God is still in control. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter end Jer 29:11.

As a group, we believe in the power of prayer and the healing that God can bring. We pray that God will show mercy to your mother and heal her.

Father God almighty, creator of all things, we come to you to lift up this child of God. Lord we ask that you show mercy to this family and heal their mother from this stroke. We know that all things are possible through you Lord. So Lord we pray that you grant their mother the ability to swallow freely and walk again.

Psalm 41:3 says the Lord will sustain him on his sickbed and restore him from his bed of illness. We claim this promise for your mother.

We would also like to remind you that it is so important to pray in the name of Jesus. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. The Bible also tells us that we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin Heb 4:15. So no matter what you are going through, Jesus understands, and he is there to help you through it.

We also pray that God will anoint all the family members who are caring for her and provide for all their financial needs. The Bible tells us But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus Phil 4:19.

Lastly, we want to encourage the family to remain united and supportive of each other during this time. It is important to be patient and forgiving with each other. For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses Mat 6:14,15.

We are praying for your family and trusting God for a full recovery for your mother.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
