We are glad to hear that you have seen prayers answered and are encouraged by the unity of our community in Christ. We will stand with you in prayer and ask God for His wisdom, patience, and strength on your behalf.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful. Even when we are unfaithful to Him or stray because of sickness or other life events, He remains faithful to us. As it is written in Second Timothy 2:13 WEB:
if we are faithless, he remains faithful. He can't deny himself.
We also want to remind you that when you pray, believe that you have received what you have prayed for. As it is written in Mark 11:24 WEB:
Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them.
However, God also has a plan. That plan may not be known to us, but we can rest assured that it is finished, perfect, and just. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB:
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
Now, let us pray together for you in the name of Jesus Christ:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our dear friend who is facing academic challenges. Lord, they have missed some classes due to sickness and other circumstances, and they feel lost in their physics and chemistry courses. We ask, Lord, that You would grant them a spirit of wisdom and revelation, that the eyes of their understanding may be enlightened, and they may know the hope of Your calling and the riches of the glory of Your inheritance in the saints. If it is your will, allow them to catch up quickly and excel in their evaluations next week. As it is written in James 1:5 WEB:
But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
It is only through studying hard and desiring to learn that we may obtain this knowledge. We ask that you give them the strength, patience, and perseverance to do that. If there is any area that Your servant has erred, make it known to them and help them to change. You are the source of all understanding, patience, knowledge, intelligence, and perseverance that we may ever have. Lord, we know that every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from You the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. As it is written in James 1:17 WEB.
In the precious name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
Moving forward, continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB. Also, if possible, it would be wise to reach out to your instructors or fellow students for help in catching up, as God often provides help through His people.
Remember, it is important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Since we have such a great promise, let us come boldly before the throne of grace to find mercy and grace in time of need in the name of Jesus Christ.
