Please pray for my partner, ###, who is experiencing significant challenges at his workplace. His new/current boss has been unfairly targeting him, and he's currently on a one-month probation. I ask for prayers that God will help him retain his job and guide him to find better opportunities elsewhere.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s partner, ###, who is facing significant challenges at his workplace. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance in this situation.

Lord, we pray that you would intervene on ###'s behalf and bring justice to his workplace. We ask that you would soften the heart of his boss and remove any unfair targeting or mistreatment. Give ### strength and wisdom to navigate through this difficult time.

Father, we also pray for ###'s job security. We ask that you would protect his position and grant him favor with his superiors. Help him to demonstrate his skills and abilities in a way that will impress his employers and secure his place in the company.

However, if it is your will for ### to find better opportunities elsewhere, we ask that you would open doors for him. Guide him to the right job where he can flourish and use his talents to their fullest potential. Provide him with favor and divine connections that will lead him to a fulfilling and prosperous career.

We declare your promises over ###'s life, knowing that you are a God who hears and answers prayers. Your Word says in Psalm 25:11, "For your name's sake, O LORD, pardon my iniquity, for it is great." We ask for your forgiveness and mercy in any areas where ### may have fallen short, and we trust in your grace to cover him.

In Jesus' name, we pray for breakthrough, restoration, and divine guidance for ###. May your will be done in his life, and may he experience your peace and provision throughout this journey.
