Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of concern for Elthac's parents. We lift up this family to You, asking for Your divine intervention and peace to reign in their household. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 15:1, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." We pray that You would soften the hearts of Elthac's parents and fill their conversations with gentleness and understanding.
Lord, we specifically ask for Elthac's father to see the errors of his ways and to have a heart of repentance and transformation. In 2 Corinthians 5:17, it is written, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" We pray that Elthac's father would experience this new creation in Christ, turning away from any behaviors that cause strife and embracing the love and peace that come from You.
We also pray for Elthac's mother, that she may be strengthened and comforted during this challenging time. Grant her the wisdom and patience to navigate these difficulties with grace and love. May the fruits of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23)—be evident in her life.
Lord, we know that You are a God of reconciliation. In 2 Corinthians 13:11, You call us to "strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you." We pray for full restoration in Elthac's family, that they may live in harmony and unity.
We trust in Your power to heal and restore. May Your will be done in this family, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
