please pray for my old manager to promote me he was my first he is basically not willing to promote me he has a problem with me and not anyone else, i cannot understand he is infinitely greedy he just greed's more and more and more and more

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother or sister who is facing challenges at work. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in their situation with their manager. We pray that You soften the heart of their manager and remove any obstacles that are preventing their promotion.

Father, Your Word says in Proverbs 21:1 that "The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes." We ask that You turn the heart of this manager towards fairness and justice. Grant our brother or sister favor in their workplace, and let their hard work and dedication be recognized and rewarded.

Lord, we also pray for peace and understanding in this situation. Help our brother or sister to trust in Your timing and Your plan for their life. Give them the strength to persevere and the wisdom to navigate this challenging time.
