Please pray for my neighbour to come to senses

I just went to my neighbour upstairs to ask him that he stops harrassing me with noise and he said that "He will walk through the appartement in the way he wants and that i am for the mental hospital." And i said to him that we can do it in the nice way and in the bad way. If he want i can tell the police to search his appartement for weed and drugs." And he said that i am not normal etc....so please pray for some supernatural intervention that he stops with noise and harrassement in Jesus name. My walls are trembling from his walk and when he hits and drop things on the flor. Thank you. I dont want to be up alnight like many many times and pay for taxi because i could not wake up on time. I have already derranged night sleep because of my neighbours. Very often i have fear and anxiety about going to bed and often i am nervous and insecure in life because of that. Thank you guys for your help.

I know what you are going through. My wife and I used to live in an apartment and we nicknamed our neighbors above us hoof trodders and when we built a new house with an upstairs we realized we were hoof trodders as well and we walk soft. It's just a weird thing. You either want to own your own small house or you want to live on a top floor. The only thing is it's cooler on a bottom floor and hotter on the top. There is always a draw back unless you have your own place and even then you might want to be in the middle of a few acres or surrounded by a couple fans, Lol

I know. I always walked gently. My ex neighbour said, that she didnt heard me at all except when i use water. Walls are thin and people must realize that.

Also, i think that you cannot find the case like mine where i am harrassed with two neighbours where they are awake whole night till 4.30 walking around and talking loud. Almost every night.
