Let us join together in prayer for Cindy, her mother, and their family. We are reminded in 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB), "This is the confidence which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
Firstly, let's discuss making requests to God. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God with our prayers and petitions. Plus, praying together is very important. We read in Matthew 18:20 (WEB), "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." This highlights the power of agreed prayer. Additionally, we know from Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" Let us therefore recognize that it Jesus Christ that unites us in prayer with God. He is in our midst when we pray this way.
Now therefore concerning Cindy and her family, as a group, we stand against any spiritual darkness that may be influencing this situation and declare the light of Christ to shine upon them. We pray that Cindy and her family would come to know the love of Christ. Let us be sober minded while making the following prayer.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Cindy, her mother, and their family. We ask that your Holy Spirit would move mightily in their lives, drawing them closer to you. We are thankful for what blessing they may already be under. We rebuke any evil and strengthen them by the power of God. We pray that you would grant Cindy and her family a revelation of your love, grace, Godliness, and your Saving Gospel of Christ. We ask that you would give them wisdom, unity, and faith to be in one spirit. Lord, we know that you are the healer of both body and soul and are faithful to complete the good work that you began in us see Philippians 1:6. Surround Cindy and her family with your divine protection, IJN.
Moreover, we encourage those praying to remain steadfast in their intercession for Cindy and her family. Galatians 6:9 (WEB) reminds us "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up." Starting today, join us often to pray for Cindy, her mother, and her family, trusting that God is at work in their lives and it is our privilege to be a part of it. Let us also examine our own lives and be reminded that we all need to live steadfast, holy and Godly, according to God's Word, IJN.
