We understand your concern for your friend Haruna and we are here to pray with you. Let us remember that God is our provider and He cares for our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19, WEB).
Firstly, we should pray that Haruna seeks God's kingdom and His righteousness first, as Jesus commanded, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33, WEB). Financial provision is important, but it should not overshadow our pursuit of God.
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our friend Haruna. Lord, we ask that You provide for his financial needs according to Your will and riches in glory. Guide him in his pursuits and help him to seek Your kingdom and righteousness first. Protect him from harmful influences and bring godly people into his life who will help him grow in Your wisdom and stature. Give him discernment to recognize those who are truly sent by You to assist him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also encourage Haruna to be content in all circumstances, as the Apostle Paul wrote, "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it" (Philippians 4:11, WEB). This contentment comes from trusting in God's provision and timing.
Lastly, it is important to note that all our prayers should be directed in the name of Jesus Christ, as He is the mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is by His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved (John 14:6, WEB). If Haruna has not already, we encourage him to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
