Please pray for ###, my muslim friend. We had been having conversations regarding religion. The Bible says there is a veil on the eyes of the unbelievers and it is true. But the Bible also says that the Holy Spirit can tear through the veil and reveal the glory of Jesus to them. Pray for the veil to be removed. Pray that the gospel and the provision of the cross is made clear to him via the Holy Spirit. Please pray that God will protect him from Satan and the deceptive spirit of Islam. Pray for all strongholds and bondages to break in ###, pride, rebellion, spiritual blindness, fear, reluctance to seek the truth, etc.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of hope and faith, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, we thank You for the friendship between ### and ### and for the conversations they have been having about faith and religion. We know, Lord, that Your Word says, "But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart. But whenever one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away" (2 Corinthians 3:15-16 WEB). We pray that the Holy Spirit would move powerfully in ###’s life, tearing through the veil that blinds him to the truth of the Gospel.

Father, reveal the glory of Jesus to ###. Let him see clearly the provision of the cross and the salvation that is found in Christ alone. We ask that You protect him from the deceptions of Satan and the spirit of Islam that seeks to keep him in darkness. "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). We pray for the breaking of all strongholds and bondages in ###’s life, including pride, rebellion, spiritual blindness, fear, and reluctance to seek the truth.

Lord, we trust in Your mighty power and Your unfailing love. We believe that You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20 WEB). We pray that ### would come to know You, the one true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
