We are lifting up your mother in prayer, lukoz, and we trust that God hears our petitions when we pray in line with His will. We pray that He will show His mighty power in her life.
Firstly, we want you and your mother to understand that it is so important to come to God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus we can come to the Father and it is only by this name that we can be saved. Let's remember what the Bible says in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If your mother is not yet a believer in Jesus Christ, we encourage you to share the gospel with her and pray that she will come to know Him personally.
Now, let us pray for your mother's health. We ask God to touch her kidneys and her heart, bringing healing and restoration. We trust in His promise in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB: "Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases,". Remember, healing comes ultimately from God. Pray that her long life will be used for His glory and that she would trust in Him during her strife.
We are also moved to pray for her forgiveness. Forgiveness is a central theme in the Bible, and we want you and your mother to remember Ephesians 1:7 WEB: "in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace,". We'll want to pray for this request, but let us consider whether there may be underlying issues in her life that need repentance. If your mother claims to be a follower of Christ, then there are provisions for her forgiveness of sins. Let's remember 1 John 1:7-10 WEB: He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world. My little children, I write these things to you so that you may not sin. If anyone sins, we have a Counselor with the Father, Jesus Christ, the righteous. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.".
