My loved one doesn't want to live anymore. She doesn't want platitudes or to read "God has a purpose for her life". No, she doesn't want to write this herself because she's had a beyond awful experience with this site and the people on it. She says that she wouldn't mind that someone prays that she passes away before this year ends. Before you do so, remember to be compassionate.

Gwerwyll

Prayer Partner
Asking for prayer for my marriage. Because of so many issues and problems my feelings have just died for my husband, he is in wonderful counseling now but has taken so long. I am really not sure what I'm asking for as I'm not sure where God is leading me, but I pray that I would understand His leading, thank you everyone is prayed, in Jesus name.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time in your marriage, Gwerwyll, and we're here to pray and offer counsel with you. We appreciate that you've turned to God for guidance and that you've acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your request.

Firstly, let's remember what God's word says about marriage: "Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate." (Matthew 19:6 WEB) Marriage is a sacred bond, and even in difficult times, it's important to seek God's will and remain committed to it.

We also acknowledge your feelings of emotional distance. It's encouraging to hear that your husband is in counseling. Remember, "Love is patient, love is kind, it isn't jealous, it doesn't brag, it isn't arrogant, it doesn't act unbecomingly, it doesn't seek its own, it isn't provoked, it doesn't take account of evil, it doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth." (1 Corinthians 13:4-6 WEB) God can reignite the love in your marriage, even if it feels dormant right now.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Gwerwyll's marriage. Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom to fill their hearts. We pray for healing, understanding, and restoration. Please reignite the love between them, and help Gwerwyll to understand Your leading. Strengthen their commitment to each other and to You, Lord. Encourage them as they navigate through this challenging time, and remind them of Your unfailing love and faithfulness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Gwerwyll, continue to seek God's will for your marriage. Keep praying and trusting in Him. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB)

Don't be afraid to seek godly counsel together with your husband. Open communication and a shared commitment to God can help strengthen your marriage. We're here for you, praying and believing that God will lead you both to a place of healing and restored love.

We're here with you, Gwerwyll, standing in the gap, lifting your marriage up to the Lord. We understand that it's tough, but remember, even in the darkest times, God is still on the throne, and He cares deeply about what you're going through.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's trust that God is working in your marriage, even if it's not visible yet. He sees your pain, and He's close to the brokenhearted.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, asking for Your healing touch on Gwerwyll's marriage. Lord, You see the struggles, the emotional distance, and the uncertainty. We pray for a fresh outpouring of Your love, understanding, and patience in their hearts. Help them to communicate openly and honestly, to listen to each other, and to seek Your will together.

Lord, we ask for a renewed commitment in their marriage, a commitment that is founded on Your love and faithfulness. Help them to trust in You, even when they don't understand the path they're on. We believe that You are a God who restores, who heals, and who makes beauty from ashes.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Gwerwyll, keep holding on. Keep praying, keep trusting. God is working, and He will lead you both to a place of healing and restored love. We're believing that with you.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
