My laptop battery stopped charging in the middle of the night so
I ran some diagnostic tests and the battery is normal
I did some more research & it appears a short circuit may have happened during the night
in the A.C. adapter which caused it to shut down for safety and then that in turn stopped charging the battery

I am going to try to unplug everything as was recommended for 5 to 10 minutes
to re-set and re-boot everything including the A.C. adapter plug and laptop diagnostics
and hopefully my laptop resets itself & starts charging the battery again

As far as i can determine there is no damage to my laptop electrical cord or the battery either
after checking everything & running all recommended diagnostics tests as well...

Please pray this will fix the problem as my laptop is only a little over 1 year old
& i do soo much work on it every single day & need it to work for me at all times...

Thank-you to everyone for praying for this to be fixed as i depend on my laptop soo much
for soo many things & I would not be able to buy a new one again right now

Dearest New Friend.......your prayer was answered......after hours of diagnostic testing and researching soo many things i finally tried just unplugging the A.C. Adapter wire for 10 minutes and it re-booted the laptop diagnostics and now my battery is charging again !.....i do always have my laptop plugged into a protective circuit breaker....it protects against electrical surges.....so something else must have happened in the middle of the night.....i can't thank-you enough for your intercessions for me.....technical equipment is soo expensive and i try to do everything that i can to protect it from any and all damage and from breaking.....but sometimes things will happen anyway.....THANK-YOU SOO SOO MUCH FOR PRAYING FOR ME....i am most grateful.....from your new friend and sister in Christ Jesus....Miss Andrea Suzanne.....xoxox.....
