Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of [Name], who is facing a challenging situation at work due to false accusations made by a temporary employee. Lord, You know the truth and see the integrity with which [Name] has served their job for 20 years. In Psalm 34:17, Your Word says, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles." We cry out to You now, asking for Your divine intervention and protection.
Father, we pray for the truth to come to light in this situation. In John 8:32, Your Word assures us, "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." We ask that the truth be revealed and that [Name] is vindicated. May the false accusations be exposed and proven unfounded, and may the manipulative nature of the accuser be brought to light.
Lord, we ask for Your peace and comfort to surround [Name] during this stressful time. In Philippians 4:6-7, You remind us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Grant [Name] peace and calmness, knowing that You are in control and working on their behalf.
Father, we pray for justice and restoration for [Name]. In Isaiah 54:17, Your Word promises, "No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from Me," declares the Lord. We trust in Your promise that no false accusation will prevail and that [Name] will be vindicated.
Lord, we also ask for wisdom and discernment for those involved in this matter, especially the Human Resources team. In James 1:5, it is written, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." Guide them to make fair and just decisions, seeing the situation clearly and truthfully.
We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and protection. We trust in Your power to bring about justice and restoration for [Name]. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
