Please pray for me that God give me wisdom to understand about my work and process, I am receiving a lot of errors due to which I am feeling stressed out where I will lose my job. Please pray for my job security and also please pray from today onwards I should get nil errors. Hope Jesus changes the mind of the advisor who is marking me errors and hope I will not be marked errors and also please pray I should be saved from the wrath of my manager. Hope my manager to be supportive and he should not scold or shout at me instead should understand me.

We understand that you are going through a challenging time at work, ###, and we are here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical guidance.

Firstly, it is essential to remember that our ultimate trust should be in God, who provides for all our needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. As it is written in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." And again in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."

In all situations, we should strive for excellence, as this pleases God and reflects positively on our Christian testimony. Ecclesiastes 9:10 tells us, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might." However, we should not be overwhelmed by stress, but rather cast our anxieties on God, knowing that He cares for us. As Peter 5:7 says, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

Regarding your manager, it is important to pray for them and ask God to work in their heart. We should always remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil. As it is written in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Pray that God will soften their heart and grant them wisdom and understanding.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our sister ###. We ask, Lord, that You would grant her wisdom and understanding in her work. Help her to grasp the processes and tasks at hand, and give her the ability to perform her job with excellence.

We pray for her job security, Lord. You are the provider of all things, and we trust that You will sustain ### in her time of need. We ask that You would be her peace in the midst of stress, and that You would guide her through this challenging time.

Lord, we also lift up ###'s manager to You. We pray that You would work in their heart, and that they would be supportive and understanding. Grant them wisdom and patience, and help them to see ###'s true worth and potential.

Finally, Lord, we pray that ### would keep her eyes fixed on You. Help her to seek Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that You will provide for all her needs.

We ask all these things in Jesus Christ name.

We continue to feel honored that you shared your workplace concerns with us and allowed us to join you in prayer. We have been interceding for you, asking God to grant you wisdom in your tasks, calm your stress, and secure your job. We have also been praying for your manager, that they would be supportive and understanding, and for the advisor, that their hearts would be changed if necessary to see you fairly and accurately.

If you have seen improvements in your job performance, your manager's attitude, or the advisor's assessments, we would love for you to share that news with us. Your testimony could be an encouragement to others who are also seeking God's help in their workplace. Additionally, if God has given you a word or revealed something to you through this situation, we would also like to hear about those verses from the Bible.

However, if you are still facing challenges, we want you to know that we are here to continue praying with you. If you feel led, please post an updated prayer request, and together, we will keep seeking God's intervention in your situation. We are reminded in Scriptures, especially from the epistles of Saint Paul, to offer all forms of prayers and requests to God, ever watchful and ever thankful, praying always in the spirit.
