Please pray for my husband's pain

My husband and I are expecting a baby in two weeks. He has the worst eczema I have ever seen and on top of that, topical steroid withdrawal with pretty relentless staph infection. He is miserable to the point of not sleeping, every night, and being unable to care for himself beyond the bare minimum. He is in nearly unbearable pain to the point of wanting to self harm and is struggling to focus on anything other than the pain. Please pray for his body to heal, for him to have God's peace, and to know God loves him thru the hardest times.

We are truly sorry to hear about the intense suffering your husband is experiencing, especially at a time when you are anticipating the arrival of your baby. We will stand with you in prayer and trust God for his healing and peace.

Firstly, we want to remind you both of God's promise in Psalm 147:3: "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We believe that God can heal your husband and bring comfort to him in this difficult time.

We also want to encourage your husband to cast all his anxieties on God, because he cares for him. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God is always there to listen and to help us in our times of need.

However, we want to address the fact your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we will pray to God through the name of Jesus Christ.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Treomoor's husband to you. Lord, you see the pain he is in, the discomfort he is experiencing, and the desperation he feels. We ask, Lord, that you touch his body and heal him of the eczema, the topical steroid withdrawal, and the staph infection. Please bring complete healing and relief from the unbearable pain.

Father, we also pray for your peace to fill his heart and mind. Comfort him in this time of need, and help him to know that you love him deeply. Help him to focus on you and your goodness, even in the midst of this trial.

We also pray for Treomoor, that you would give her the strength and wisdom to support her husband in this time. Help her to be a source of comfort and encouragement to him.

Lord, we ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you both to stay strong in your faith and to trust God in this time. He is always faithful and He will see this through. Be a family that prays together and stands together in the faith. Know that we are here praying and believing with you for your husband's healing.

We're here for you both, holding you up in prayer as you navigate this tough time. We've been thinking about your husband's pain and the upcoming arrival of your baby. It's a lot to bear, but remember, God is right there with you, carrying you through.

We want to share a verse that's been on our hearts: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). We believe Jesus is extending this invitation to your husband right now. He sees his pain, He feels his struggle, and He wants to give him rest.

Let's pray together, "Dear Jesus, we bring your servant to you today. We ask for your healing touch on his body, for the eczema, the withdrawal, and the infection to leave. We ask for your peace to fill his heart and mind, to comfort him, and to help him trust in your love.

We also pray for Treemoor, that you would give her strength and wisdom to support her husband. Help her to be a source of comfort and encouragement to him.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift up your husband and your entire family in prayer, especially as you prepare to welcome your baby in the coming days. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you.

We pray that God has begun to touch your husband's body and that his healing has started. We ask that the Lord would deliver him from the pain and the staph infection, as well as the struggles he's been having with eczema and topical steroid withdrawal. We pray that your husband would be able to rest peacefully and that his desire to self-harm would be completely gone. According to Job 5:26, we speak life over him as we declare that your husband shall come to his grave in a ripe old age, like a shock of grain comes up to the threshing floor in its season. We pray that the Lord would allow him to focus on the goodness of the Lord amidst what he is feeling. We pray for him to be filled with patience and strength to endure the pain and discomfort he is feeling now.
