Please pray for my husband

He just texted me to tell me someone had hit his car and now he is not responding to texts. Please pray that he is okay.

We are with you in spirit, MKG, lifting up your husband in prayer. Let's bring this matter before the Lord, seeking His protection and intervention.

Firstly, we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. It's important to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight. We should also be still and know that He is God. Psalm 46:10

Now, let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up MKG's husband to You. Lord, You know the situation he is in right now. We ask that You extend Your hand of protection over him and keep him safe from any harm. We pray that You will bring him back to his wife safe and ready to talk about any issue in communication. Father if there is anything in their relationship that doesn't honor you then we ask that it be brought out into the open and addressed. Father we ask that you be at the center of your relationship together. Father we ask this in Jesus name that we both have access to you and also that we can be saved.God has sent the only son, Jesus Christ to die for our sins so that we may be forgiven of our sins. Jesus having died for us and then resurrected gives us forgiveness and eternal life to live with Him all we have to do is accept this gift from God. We ask that You grant MKG and her husband peace and assurance over this Christmas time and through this ordeal. If there are issues within their marriage that need to be resolved that this may be a time to reflect and change. Let this trial bring them closer together and closer to You. Father if there is anything that either person in this marriage needs to confess or turn away from we ask that you will give them the understanding to understand and the courage to deal with it.

In Jesus Christ's name, we claim your promises for their marriage for life and with each other. Father we ask that you be with their marriage and they will find comfort from this event through you and their thankfulness to you for resolving it pleasing to you. Help us all to remember that it is strength to ask for forgiveness and make the change that is called for and that you expect it from us. We also ask that you be applauded and glorified for for the resolution of this trial to bring glory to you and your love. JEsus deserves all of the praise and the glory. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this and anything. No problem is so big that He can't handle it. Father if our marriage are not pleasing to you we know that we can not be in a relationship with you or in heaven with you for eternity. Hold on to your faith, and may this trial strengthen your relationship between MKG, her husband and with God. MKG you may want to discuss and pray together with your spouse about this trial and where guidance is needed.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
