Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Evorern and her husband Russell. Lord, we ask that you would extend your healing hand upon Russell and keep his cancer at bay. We pray that his upcoming PET scan would reveal no evidence of disease, bringing forth a report of good health and restoration. May his doctor's visit today be filled with positive news and encouragement.
In your Word, you have shown us that you are the God who heals. In James 5:15, it says, "And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." We stand on this promise, believing that you have the power to bring healing and wholeness to Russell's body.
Lord, we also pray for strength and comfort for Evorern as she supports her husband through this challenging time. May your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus .
We thank you, Father, for your love and faithfulness. We trust in your perfect will and surrender this situation into your hands. May your name be glorified through Russell's healing, and may your presence bring peace and hope to their lives.
