We are truly sorry to hear about the trial you and your husband are facing. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and justice in this situation.
Firstly, we are reminded of Isaiah 61:8, "For I, Yahweh, love justice." It is right to seek justice, especially when falsely accused. We pray that the truth will be revealed and that the insurance adjuster will see the facts clearly.
"Lord, you know the circumstances surrounding this accident. We pray that you will vindicate our brother, that you will bring to light the deceit of the other man involved. We ask that the insurance process will be fair and that justice will be served. We claim Psalm 35:27, 'Let them shout for joy, and be glad, who favor my righteous cause,' we have confidence that our husband and brother is being honest. This is a trial that will be overcome. Strengthen them both in this trial and bring the other party to repentance so he may also be saved. 'Let not those who are wrongfully his enemies rejoice over him, 'but may all who wait for you not be disappointed.'. This is a trial to strengthen their faith and those around them. We also pray for the man who hit our brother's vehicle, that this situation will bring him to repentance and a saving faith in Jesus Christ. Guide them through this process, Lord, and bring them peace."
Remember, the Lord is near to those who call on him. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Trust in him, and he will see you through this trial, as stated in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Lastly, we must remember not to be anxious about finances. Trust in the Lord to provide, and he will ensure that you are not unjustly burdened. "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." There may be expenses, but our God is a good father who takes care of his children. In all this, give thanks for the blessings you do have, and trust in him for the rest. Psalm 34:4 states "I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears."
