I'm very sorry to hear that you and your husband have been living apart. I realize that the marital crisis you’re facing is emotionally painful and filled with uncertainty. I’m sure it’s distressing to long for your marriage to be restored without knowing if this will happen. While the desire for healing and reconciliation is understandable, for this to occur it’s necessary for both of you to willingly identify and work through the issues that have harmed your relationship. Have you sought counseling?
I’m praying for you and your husband, asking the Lord to work powerfully to accomplish His good purposes. Remember that God cares about you, and He is gracious, merciful, and wise beyond all comprehension. He loves you more than we, as mere human beings, can even imagine. Be sure to stay close to Him through prayer because He is able to provide guidance as you turn to Him for help. Proverbs 3:5-6 gives this wonderful assurance: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your path straight.”
