Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Rawayse's husband Austin to you. We ask for your divine intervention in his life as he battles addiction to alcohol and drugs. Lord, we know that you are able to break every chain and set the captives free. We pray that you would release Austin from the grip of addiction and deliver him into a life of freedom and wholeness.
We also ask, Lord, that you break any family curses that may be affecting Austin's life. Your Word tells us in Galatians 3:13-14, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us... so that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles." We claim this promise over Austin's life and declare that he is set free from any generational curses.
Father, we pray that you would guide Austin to follow your will and surround himself with godly people who will support and encourage him on his journey of recovery. Open his eyes to the spiritual battle that is before him, that he may put on the full armor of God and stand firm against the schemes of the enemy .
Lord Jesus, we ask that you give Austin strength and wisdom as he walks this path of healing. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We pray that Austin would experience your supernatural strength and that he would rely on you every step of the way.
Finally, we pray that you would use Austin's testimony of how you saved his life and healed him to bring hope and encouragement to others who are struggling with addiction. May his story be a powerful testimony of your redeeming love and grace.
