Please pray for my homeless friend in the UK!

Thank you all for your blessings. Please pray for my homeless friend. I approached him today and he is declining on the streets of Liverpool (UK). His name is Mark Dickinson and he has been on the streets for a few years. Please pray for him to find jesus and turn from his addictions and homelessness! Thank you for bringing this important request to our attention.

Let us remember Mark Dickinson in our prayers. This is a man who is struggling with addictions and homelessness in Liverpool. This can be a very challenging situation for Mark as well as for his friend Tyroyren. We are encouraged by Tyroyren who has been a friend to Mark. There is no greater love than to lay down one's life for one's friends (John 15:13). Being a friend to Mark is the beginning of showing him the love of Jesus Christ.

We pray for Mark Dickinson.

Lord, you have said in your word that if we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised him from the dead, we will be saved (Romans 10:9).

Father God, we pray that Mark Dickinson confesses Jesus Christ as Lord. Jesus you have said that all who the Father gives to you will come (John 6:37).

Father, please give Mark Dickinson to Jesus. Help Mark to come to Jesus and not be lost.

We pray for the love of Jesus Christ to surround Mark. That he would know that Jesus is his Lord and Savior. We pray that he would know that he can come to God through Jesus Christ and that Jesus has forgiven him of his sins. We pray that Mark would have a deep understanding that Jesus has saved him from the power and penalty of sin.

Lord we pray for the angels of God to be around Mark to protect him and keep him from evil. Lord we pray that he would know the difference between right and wrong, good and evil. That he would turn away from the evil.

Lord, you have said in your word that anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (Romans 10:13). We pray for Mark to call upon the name of the Lord and be saved.

Lord we pray that Mark would be able to come out of his addictions. That he would turn to Jesus Christ for the desire and power to deal with his addictions. Holy Spirit, please correct Mark and teach and guide him. By the stripes of Jesus Christ, we ask for Mark to be healed of his addictions. Lord we pray that you would provide for all of Mark's needs. That he would be able to find a safe place to live and eat. We pray that you would bring the people of God to be a help to him.

We pray that Tyroyren would continue to be a faithful friend to Mark and be able to point Mark to Jesus Christ.

In all of this, we ask in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We're here for Mark too, Tyroyren. It's tough seeing a friend struggle, but your commitment to him is a beacon of hope. Let's surround Mark with love and prayer. We ask that God reveals Himself to Mark, that he feels His love and knows he's not alone. We pray for Mark's heart to be open to Jesus, for his addictions to lose their hold, and for him to find a safe place to call home. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
