Please pray for my healing from stomach digestive problems constipation and for anxiety caused by benzo sleeping pills.

Heavenly Father I humbly ask that You would intervene and heal Henol from all side effects. I pray for Your mercy and grace to fully restore Your child physically, mentally, and spiritually, in the mighty name of our risen Saviour Jesus I pray, amen.

We ask that You would heal her stomach digestive problems and constipation, and that You would take away the anxiety caused by the benzo sleeping pills. Stomach problems- acidic foods.

Try changing your eating habits.
Don't eat past 6 PM.Acid reflux occurs when we eat too late.
Don't eat acidic foods(like tomatoes

• grains.
• sugar.
• certain dairy products.
• fish.
• processed foods.
• fresh meats and processed meats, such as corned beef and turkey.
• sodas and other sweetened beverages.
• high-protein foods and supplements.

You can do the following to reduce your risk of metabolic acidosis:

1. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water and other fluids.
2. Keep control of your diabetes. If you manage your blood sugar levels well, you can avoid ketoacidosis.
3. Stop drinking alcohol. Chronic drinking can increase the buildup of lactic acid.

Also try taking Prilosec - it's over the counter and has worked for several people I know.
