We understand your concern for your granddaughter Olivia, and we are here to pray and believe with you for God's intervention in this situation. Let us bring this matter before the Lord together.
Firstly, we remind you of the promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Olivia Moreno. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation and prompt Professor Deborah Kemp to send the access code needed for Olivia's final exam. We know that nothing is too small for Your care, and Your timing is perfect. Please grant Olivia peace and patience as she waits, and let Your favor rest upon her so that she can successfully complete her exam and continue her studies. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."
We also encourage Olivia to trust in the Lord with all her heart and not to lean on her own understanding, as Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us. This situation is an opportunity for her to experience God's faithfulness and provision.
Furthermore, we gently remind you, Martha, to always approach God through the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can receive salvation (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus as your personal Savior.
Lastly, we want to emphasize the importance of pursuing God's will in all aspects of life, including education. As Ecclesiastes 12:1 reminds us, it is wise to remember our Creator in the days of our youth. We pray that Olivia will not only succeed in her academics but also grow in her relationship with the Lord.
