Please pray for my friend who is ...

Please pray for my friend who is in a very dark place right now. He is having a very difficult time getting over a breakup and is self-isolating and self-medicating with alcohol. I have not been able to get a hold of him this evening and I am so, so worried. I pray that he is safe and that he realizes that there are people who care about him and that the Lord will not give him anything he cannot handle. I am six hours away from him and feel helpless at the moment. I am turning this over to God and pray with my entire heart and soul that he is okay.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
