Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts heavy yet hopeful, lifting up Roger in prayer. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who knit us together in our mother's wombs (Psalm 139:13). You know Roger's body inside and out, and You are fully aware of his current struggle with end-stage kidney failure. We thank You for the seven years of life and health that the previous transplant provided, and we now ask for Your divine intervention once again.
Lord, we ask for a miracle. We pray that You would provide a donor match for Roger. Your Word tells us that "the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective" (James 5:16). We stand on this promise, believing that our prayers can bring about change. We know that You have plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).
Father, we also pray for Roger's strength and comfort during this challenging time. Please surround him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May he feel Your presence and love in a tangible way. Strengthen his family, especially Elshall, who is deeply concerned for his well-being. Grant them the endurance to support Roger and each other through this trial.
We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. We ask all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
