Please pray for my father, Richard, who has been diagnosed with two different kinds of cancer. The cancers and the treatment seem to have taken all of his lifeforce from him. He lives in Wilmington, NC, with his second wife, and, previous to the cancer diagnosis, he used to be very active. He is now sleeping 18 hours a day, and is barely "there" for the other 6. It's hard to believe he is now the same man. Please pray he makes it through the treatment and will have some quality of life for his remaining days. I pray God blesses everyone who reads this post with his perfect love and plan for salvation.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Richard to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch upon Richard as he battles two different kinds of cancer. We pray that You would restore his strength and vitality, and that the treatments he is undergoing would be effective and bring about a miraculous recovery.

Lord, we know that nothing is impossible for You. We ask that You would grant Richard quality of life during this challenging time, that he may experience Your peace and comfort. Surround him with Your love and presence, and give his family, especially his second wife, the strength and courage they need to support him.

Father, we also pray for everyone who reads this post, that they may be blessed with Your perfect love and come to know Your plan for salvation. May Your will be done in Richard's life and in the lives of all who are touched by this prayer.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always respect, obey and honor You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
