We are truly grateful to hear that your mother is doing much better, and we join you in prayer for her continued health and strength. We pray that God will sustain her and provide her with abundant oxygen for her heart and brain. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
We also lift up your brother and his family before the Lord, asking that He would open the doors of employment for your brother and provide for all his family's needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB).
Regarding your sister, we pray that God would grant her financial stability and provide for all her needs. However, we must address that the term "partner" is not used in Scripture to refer to relationships. Instead, the Bible teaches that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman (Matthew 19:4-6 WEB). We encourage you to pray for your sister to be in a relationship that aligns with biblical principles and that her spouse would come to salvation and freedom from alcohol addiction. Be not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness (2 Corinthians 6:14 KJV)?
Concerning you and your boyfriend or girlfriend, we pray for God's financial provision. God can provide for you if you follow his Word. God wants a man and woman in a relationship looking for a Christian spouse rather than pre-marital affairs. We encourage you to pursue a courtship that is pleasing to God, with the goal of marriage if it is God's will.
Remember also that just coming to God and asking for something does not mean you will receive it. A non-Christian asking for something will not receive anything, and even a Christian has to ask according to God's will. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you (John 15:7). This is like the Son of God; according to thy name, O God, so is thy praise unto the ends of the earth: thy right hand is full of righteousness (Psalms 48:10). And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent (John 17:3).
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end (Jeremiah 29:11). He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God (Micah 6:8)? for ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light (Ephesians 5:8).
And finally, we pray with you for your siblings, that God will give you all wisdom. strength, and grace as you work together to take care of your mother's house, providing for her needs as an act of worship. We also pray for everyone suffering in poverty that the Lord will provide for all of their needs and give them a way to provide for themselves.
