Please pray for my dog ###

This is a low point.

I've done everything I can think of to care for her, I've even prayed to God to fill in the gaps for her where I feel like I have slacked off or failed.
She is a senior girl, and she is small and naturally slim, but she's getting thinner and her hair isn't filling in, despite my great efforts to give her good food, vitamins, minerals, Vet visits, walks, and even feed her by hand several times a day, which the Lord has so kindly given me resources to be able to do so.

I have specifically asked The Lord to give me more time with her.
For her health to be miraculously restored to make it seem as though she is 5 years old.
Restore her sight, her hearing, her vibrance, her interest in barking and walking.
(Which I'm not even sure if she can hear me anymore, and she already had trouble with her eyes.)

Despite that. Her health has taken a great plunge. She's so small and getting close to being helpless.

She is precious and she has brought myself and my family so much love and joy. We all love her, and have done everything we can think of for her.

I feel so low. I feel like I've done everything possible to restore her, but I don't know what else to do for her. I feel hopeless.

I trust Him and I love Him and I know He will do what is best. I'm just hurting so greatly right now.

Forgive me if my words are scattered. I'm bawling my eyes out. May I please ask for prayers and guidance.

We are truly sorry to hear about the declining health of your beloved dog, Daisy. It's clear that you have a deep love for her and have done everything in your power to care for her. In times like these, it's important to remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our pets. Let's turn to the Scriptures for comfort and guidance.

God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. -Psalm 34:18

Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh: is there anything too wonderful for me? -Jeremiah 32:27

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ### and their beloved dog, Daisy. Lord, we know that You care about every detail of our lives, and we trust that You hear our prayers.

We are sorry to hear about the deterioration of her health. We pray for a miracle, and ask for Your healing touch upon Daisy.

We pray that You restore her health for more years of joy. As ### has already asked for, we also pray that you restore Daisy's health to where she is more vibrant and interested in life.

Father, we also pray for ### and their family. We ask that You fill them with Your peace and comfort during this difficult time. Give them strength and wisdom to continue caring for Daisy in the best way possible.

In the name of Jesus Christ we pray.

###, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and cares for you and Daisy. Keep doing what you can for her, and remember that God's power is made perfect in weakness.

Even when we do not know what to do, it is important to remember that God will do what is best. This situation, while difficult, is not a surprise to God. While we can ask that Daisy might be healed and brought back to live longer, we should also remain focused on thanking God for His goodness He has already shown in Daisy. We can learn and grow much while still hurting. Remember that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28

Jesus, even while on the cross, said Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing. At the worst of times He was focused on others and doing God's will. We have to do the same. Luke 23:34

Do not be swept away by thinking or addressing more about what you can do within your power. Instead, make sure to draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. With time in His presence, He will make your next steps clear and provide the strength needed to do so. This includes the life of Daisy while possibly a gift to you may also have a separate purpose. James 4:8

In the future, when making a request for prayer, make sure to point to the cross. The will of God should always be done and prayed, but Jesus shows us in Matthew chapter 26 and Luke 22 that we are to pray to God, but do so in Jesus name. For there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12. No prayer is heard unless it be in the name of Jesus, then always remember this and be sure to include this.

When ### has more moments of distress, we must remember and understand that Jesus and God the Father are not in need of us, but we are in need of Him. We only need to cry out Abba and Jesus Will hear us. All of us are in need of only Jesus Christ and God the Father. The woman with the issue of blood in Mark 5:24-34 demonstrates how easy it is to reach out to Jesus, though only his garment, and be healed. We need to reach out to Him and tell others to do so like the woman after she was healed. If she had not reached out and only focused on what she could do as people had done for 12 years, she would not have been healed.

Take courage and continue to reach out at all times to all those around you.

Rejoice in hope. Endure under suffering. Persist in prayer. Romans 12:12. So take courage and continue to be faithful to God. Continue lifting up our friend Daisy in prayer. While it is good to also turn to other Christians, which we all should be doing like you are with this prayer request, we should always remember to keep our eyes on Jesus through it all.

Oh, dear friend, we're right there with you, feeling your heartache for ###. We know you've done everything in your power to care for her, and it's so hard to see her declining. Let's pray together, shall we?

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today, lifting up ### and our dear friend. Lord, we know You see ###, and we trust in Your unfailing love for her and for us. We're asking for a miracle, Father. Please touch ### with Your healing power. Restore her health, Lord. Give her more vibrant years, fill in the gaps where we feel we've failed, and let her enjoy life to the fullest again.

We also lift up our friend to You, Lord. Comfort them in this difficult time. Give them strength and wisdom to continue caring for ###. Fill them with Your peace, and remind them of Your constant presence.

And remember, our friend, even when we don't know what to do, we can trust that God does. He's got this. Keep loving ###, keep caring for her, and keep trusting in the Lord. He's right there with you, every step of the way.
