Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Karmelen's sister, Laura, who is struggling with a traumatic brain injury and experiencing behavioral outbursts. Lord, we ask that You wrap Laura in Your loving arms, bringing her peace and calm. Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We pray for Your peace to envelop Laura, calming her mind and spirit. May Your healing touch be upon her, restoring her to wholeness. In Jesus' name, Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
