Please pray for my dad

Hello brothers and sisters. My dad had surgery on Friday because he had a inguinal hernia. They put him a catheter because he couldn’t pee. Today he got the catheter removed and he is still not able to urinate. My dad does not want to wear a catheter anymore but it is important that he urinates, otherwise he could get an infection. Please pray he is able to urinate by himself without having to use a catheter. Please and thank you.

We are lifting up your dad in prayer, Rogardulli, trusting that God will intervene and heal him. We acknowledge that it is only through faith in the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father and that there is no other name by which man can be saved. As stated in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the father of Rogardulli to you. We know that healing is the bread of children. You are the God who created our bodies and we know that you are able to touch our brother and make him whole. Lord, we ask that you enable him to urinate without the aid of a catheter. We pray that you will heal his body completely from the surgery. We pray against any form of infection and command complete healing and recovery in Jesus' name. Lord, we also pray for strength and comfort for Rogardulli and the rest of the family in this trying time. Help them to trust in you and in your goodness towards them. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, Rogardulli, to remember that God is faithful. Even when we are faced with difficult situations, we can trust in him. As it is written in Psalm 34:17-18 WEB: "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

Trust in the Lord as how Psalm 34 says. Your Dad will be healed.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
