We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles your father is facing after his surgery. Let us come together and lift him up in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort.
Firstly, we remind you of the power of prayer and the promise of God's presence with us in troubled times. As it is written in Matthew 18:19 (WEB), "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven."
We pray:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing hand to be upon our dear brother who is facing this difficult time. Lord, You know the pain and confusion that he is experiencing right now. We ask that You comfort him, ease his hallucinations, and restore his mind and body. We rebuke the spirit of anger and confusion, and we ask for Your peace to fill him, in accordance with Philippians 4:7 which tells us that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we also pray for the nurses and staff caring for him. Give them wisdom, patience, and understanding. Protect them from any harm and help them to provide the best care possible.
Father, we ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to You. We thank You for the promise of salvation through Jesus Christ, as it is written in Acts 4:12, 'There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.'"
Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting in God's goodness and mercy. Even in the darkest times, He is with us, and His love never fails. Remember the words of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Keep praying and trusting in Him.
