We understand your concern and urgency in this matter, and we stand with you in prayer for your children, Peter, Angelique, Issabell, and Ethan. Let us first remind ourselves of the importance of training our children in God's ways, as instructed in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."
In today's digital age, it's easy for our children to be drawn into addictions like online gaming and anime. However, we must remember that God calls us to be good stewards of our time and minds, as reminded in Ephesians 5:15-17, "Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore don't be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Peter, Angelique, Issabell, and Ethan. Lord, we ask for Your intervention in their lives, that You would break any addiction to online games and anime. Help them to understand the importance of rest and obedience to their parents, as commanded in Your Word.
Lord, we ask that You would fill their hearts with a desire to please You and to use their time wisely. Help them to see the distractions of this world for what they are, and give them the strength to resist temptation. We pray that You would guide them into productive activities that bring glory to Your name.
Lord, we also pray for their parents, that You would give them the wisdom to guide their children in Your ways. Help them to set a godly example and to enforce boundaries that protect their children's hearts and minds.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
Remember, it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved."
Stand firm in your faith and continue to guide your children in God's ways. Be encouraged by Galatians 6:9, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we donโt give up."
