We understand that you're going through a difficult time regarding your career, lukoz. Firstly, we want to remind you that God has a plan and a purpose for your life, including your career. As it says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
However, we notice that you did not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name) in your request. It is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is said in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We recommend that you always pray in Jesus name, as it is only by Jesus that we can be saved and it is by Jesus that we have access to God.
In your situation we want to ask you a few questions. Why did you resign from your current job, and why do you want to join the other job? In Colossians 3:23-24 it says "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." We encourage you to make sure that you are not just serving yourself, but that you are serving the Lord Christ. It is important to consider that the Lord is the most important part of the work that you are doing.
Regarding hurting your management, we want to remind you of Romans 13:10 "Love works no ill to his neighbor, for love is the fulfillment of the law." It is important to consider the well being of others, but also that you are called to do what God wants for you. Sometimes that means that people may be hurt by the decisions that you make, but that does not necessarily mean that those decisions are wrong.
We pray that you will have discernment and make a decision that honors God and his will for your life. We pray that you will consider what God wants for you, and not just what you want for yourself. We pray that you will have wisdom and understanding, and that you will seek God in all of your decisions. We pray that you will be able to love and care for those around you, even if you have to make decisions that might hurt them. We pray all of this in Jesus name.
We encourage you to take time to pray and seek God's face before making your decision. Consider both jobs and ask God to show you what He wants for you. Also consider the words of Romans 8:28 "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." God can take any decision that you make and use it for good, but that does not mean that you should not seek his will in your decisions.
