We are glad to join you in prayer for your career and business, and we praise the Lord with you. It's important to seek God's will in all aspects of our lives, including our careers. Let us take this to the Lord.
Firstly, it's wonderful that you acknowledged the Lordship of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father, and it is by His Grace we can do this. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your will for their career. Lord, You know the plans You have for them, plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB
God, You are the provider of all good things, and You have promised to supply every need of ours according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 WEB. We ask You to open the right doors for our brother/sister, and if it is Your will for them to stay at their current job, give them a heart of contentment and peace. If it is Your will for them to move to the new job, guide their steps and prepare the way.
We pray for increased memory power, an enhanced skill set, and good health. We know that You desire for us to prosper in all things and to be in health, even as our soul prospers. 3 John 1:2 WEB
Father, bless their career and business. Give them the wisdom and discernment needed to make sound decisions. May their work be a testament to Your goodness and grace. Help them use their God given gifts and talents to bring glory to Your name.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB
Lastly, remember the words of Jesus: But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33 WEB. As you prioritize God's kingdom and His righteousness, He will guide and provide for you in every area of your life.
