Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother Shelby to you. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance as he undergoes a swallowing test today at 9:30 am for fluids. Lord, we pray that you would grant him strength and peace during this procedure. We ask that you would guide the medical professionals involved, giving them wisdom and discernment to accurately assess Shelby's condition.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 107:20, "He sent out his word and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction." We claim this promise over Shelby's health, believing that you have the power to bring healing and restoration to his swallowing abilities. We ask for a positive outcome from this test, that it may provide valuable insights and lead to the appropriate treatment and care.
We also pray for comfort and reassurance for Shelby and his loved ones during this time of uncertainty. May they find strength in knowing that you are with them, providing comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to trust in your perfect plan and to lean on you for support.
Lord, we thank you for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your unfailing love and believe that you are working all things together for good. May your healing touch be upon Shelby, bringing restoration and wholeness to his body.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
