Please pray for my brother-in-law ###. He has kidney cancer and was just told that the cancer is spreading. He is down to the final medication option which only has a ###% success rate. We’re praying for a miracle that this medication works or that the doctor comes up with another solution. He’s only ### and has too young, beautiful grandkids that he needs to stick around for. Thank you.

We are deeply saddened to hear about ###'s health condition, but we are also hopeful because we serve a God who can perform miracles. Let us come together in prayer for him.

Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Isaiah 53:5 (WEB), "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." It is by Jesus' stripes that we believe ### can be healed.

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon his body. We ask that this medication would be effective and that the cancer would be completely eradicated. Lord, we also pray for the doctors, that You would give them wisdom and insight, that they might find another solution for ###. Father, we know that ### has a family that loves him dearly, especially his young grandchildren who need him. We claim Your promise in 3 John 1:2 (WEB), 'Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers.' We ask for ###'s healing, not just physically, but also spiritually. We pray that through this trial, ### and his family would draw closer to You. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

We encourage you, ###, to continue trusting in the Lord. Remind ### and his family of God's faithfulness and love. Let them know that whatever the outcome, God is always good and always present. As it says in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."

Lastly, we want to ensure that ### and his family have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God and His healing power. If they haven't already, encourage them to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. As it says in Romans 10:9 (WEB), "because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
