Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Matthew in prayer. Lord, we ask that You baptize him in the Holy Spirit, filling him with Your presence and truth. We pray that You open his heart and mind to the fullness of Your love and the truth of the Holy Trinity.
Father, we ask that You remove any confusion or false beliefs that have been placed in his mind by others. Guide him back to the path of righteousness and let him experience the transformative power of Your Holy Spirit. As it is written in John 16:13, "But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth." May Your Spirit guide Matthew into all truth and lead him to a deeper relationship with You.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
