We understand your fervent desire for God's blessing and protection over your baby in the womb, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will according to His Word.
Firstly, we acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from God (James 1:17, WEB). We claim His promise in Psalm 139:13-14, which says, "For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my motherβs womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and the life growing within her womb. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection and guidance throughout this pregnancy. Cover this baby with the shadow of Your wings (Psalm 91:4), and let Your guiding hands of protection be over, around, and within this little life.
Father, we ask for a smooth and safe delivery. Prepare ### and her husband, ###, for the joy and responsibility of parenthood. Comfort ### as she goes through labor, and let her feel her baby's movement and strong, healthy heartbeat. We claim Your promise in Isaiah 41:10, 'Donβt be afraid, for I am with you. Donβt be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.'
Lord, we ask for Your powerful, almighty, miracle blessings, deliverance, and healing hands to be permanently placed upon this baby. Fill this child with Your Holy Spirit and surround ###, ###, and their baby with Your mercy and grace. Place all of Your powerful angels to keep guard over this baby.
Finally, Father, we pray that ### and ### would continue to seek You and raise their child in the fear and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). We pray all these things in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). Amen."
###, we encourage you to continue trusting in God and leaning on His Word. Remember that His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9), and He cares for you and your baby more than you can imagine. Also, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God (John 14:6, 1 Timothy 2:5). If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
