Please pray for my mental health. I suffer from anxiety disorder and depression I’m on medical treatment and therapy but after a relapse I’ve been feeling really tired and ruminating bad thoughts. I wanna get better I wanna love fullest but I’m getting scared. So please please Jesus, please help me.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend ### who is struggling with anxiety and depression. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. We ask that You surround ### with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and calm the storm within their mind and heart.

Lord Jesus, You have said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We pray that ### feels Your comforting presence and finds rest in You. Grant them the strength to persevere through this difficult time and the courage to face each day with hope.

We ask for Your healing touch upon ###, that the medical treatment and therapy they are receiving will be effective. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You because You care for them. Fill their heart with Your love and drive away the fear that grips them.

Lord, we trust in Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us. Be with ### in every moment, guiding them towards recovery and wholeness. May they experience Your love in its fullness and be restored to a place of joy and peace.

Dear Lord, I pray that ### will feel your love and strength and know that you have her in this. It’s not always easy to trust, and it’s sometime easier to give scriptural advice than it is to trust in it (I know, I find it very difficult to always trust that You have my back), but You do, always has and always will, have your best interests at heart. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
