Please pray for my mental health. Exhausted and triggered. Need to collect myself and trust God. And I can't seem to calm down enough. Keep wishing and obsessing over being rejected. Please, help me find answers, peace, and safety again. Amen

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is in need of your divine intervention for their mental health. Lord, we lift up ###'s exhaustion and triggers to you. We ask that you grant them the strength and peace to collect themselves and find solace in you.

Lord, we pray that you would calm ###'s anxious thoughts and help them to trust in your perfect plan for their life. We ask that you would heal any wounds of rejection and replace them with a deep sense of acceptance and belonging in your love.

Father, we pray that you would guide ### to the answers they seek, leading them to the resources and support they need for their mental well-being. Surround them with understanding and compassionate individuals who can provide guidance and encouragement.

Lord, we ask for your peace to flood ###'s heart and mind. May they experience the safety and security that can only be found in you. Help them to release their worries and obsessions, and instead fix their gaze upon you, knowing that you are their refuge and strength.

We claim your promise in Matthew 11:28, where Jesus invites us to come to Him and find rest. We ask that you would grant ### this rest, that they may find comfort and peace in your presence.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
