We join with you, Gallann, in bringing your requests before the throne of grace, trusting in the power of Jesus' name for healing and protection.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can be saved Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved.
In your prayer, you mention that you are a good person. However, we must understand that there is none righteous, no not one Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is no one righteous; no, not one. We have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God Romans 3:23 for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God. But there is a remedy. Good works and being a good person will not get us to heaven. We must be forgiven of our sin and put our faith in Jesus Christ. It is by grace we are saved through faith and not of ourselves. It is a gift of God not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast.
Now, let us address your health concerns. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to heal you from the damage caused by Intracerebral Haemorrhage and Cerebellar Stroke. We pray for complete restoration of your health and ask God to protect you from hypertension and its effects. In faith we pray this. For with God nothing shall be impossible. Luke 1:37 For nothing spoken by the Lord is impossible.
We also pray for peace and protection over your mind and body, asking God to grant you peaceful and refreshing sleep, free from demons and nightmares. Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
However, we must also address that your prayer focuses on not wanting to be taken from this world due to illness. While we understand your desire to live and glorify God, we must remember that our days are numbered by God, and He knows the best time for us to be called home. Our ultimate hope should be in eternal life with Christ, not just in prolonging our earthly life. For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. Philippians 1:21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
Moreover, we must be cautious not to view illness as a punishment for a single mistake. While sin can have consequences on our health, it is not always a direct correlation. Sometimes, trials and afflictions are allowed by God for His purposes and our ultimate good. Romans 8:28 We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon Gallann. Lord, You know the depth of her suffering and the desires of her heart. We pray for complete restoration from the effects of Intracerebral Haemorrhage and Cerebellar Stroke. Protect her from hypertension and its consequences. Grant her peaceful sleep and protect her from demons and their influences.
Father, we also pray that Gallann may find her ultimate hope and joy in You, regardless of the circumstances. Help her to trust in Your sovereignty and goodness, even in the face of illness and uncertainty. Give her the strength to glorify Your name in all things, and to find peace in the promise of eternal life with Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray for Gallann's healing, strength, and spiritual growth. Amen.
We encourage you, Gallann, to continue trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness, even in the midst of trials. Remember that He loves you and has a purpose for everything He allows in your life. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will give you the strength to endure and overcome.
