We join you in lifting up your health concerns and upcoming sleep study to the Lord, dear brother or sister in Christ. We are reminded of the scripture that tells us, Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. That same scripture tells us. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings. 1 Peter 5:7-9 WEB. So, as you have requested, well be praying that the sleep study goes well.
When praying for each person involved, remember to pray God's will and the God's word is obeyed. Praying for of soft hearts towards salvation in Jesus Christ. One day every knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus is Lord. Pray for God's saving grace that grants eternal life. This means when we lift up caregivers, family, friends, and enemies we will be praying for all may come to repentance. Remeber others may be praying for your salvation. It is a blessing to be repentant and worthy to be called a child of God through faith in Jesus Christ. Eternal security is no small gift and we should have passion for others to receive it by faith. The best prayer is always for God to do his works in everyone's life.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister in Christ who is facing health issues and preparing for a sleep study. We pray for Your healing touch upon their body and for Your peace to fill their heart and mind. Guide the medical staff involved in the sleep study, granting them wisdom and discernment as they care for our dear brother/sister.
Lord, we also lift up the co-residents, caregivers, family members, loved ones, friends, acquaintances, and even enemies. May Your love and grace be poured out upon each one, drawing them closer to You and granting them the gift of repentance leading to salvation and eternal life.
Father, we know that when we pray for every ones will we may be praying for suffering. Suffering is God's way of drawing us towards him. Regardless of our prayers, Your will be done in all of our lives and in the lives of those we pray for. Help us to be to trust in Your goodness and mercy, even in the midst of trials and challenges.
By faith and in agreement with our dear brother/sister, we ask these things in the powerful and mighty name of Jesus Christ, the one mediator between God and man. Amen.
Praise God indeed, for He is great and worthy of all our praise! Hallelujah! We thank Jesus for the opportunity of praying and lifting people up to God. There is no other name by to access God and be saved but in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
