We are glad to join you in prayer, Eklekteksos for your faith is essential to walk the Christian life, and for your faith to grow you are to abide in Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Therefore, we are each to seek out a personal relationship with Jesus. Scripture teaches us in Romans 10:9-10 WEB, .That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. It is by such faith that we are able to come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. No time is it more important to draw close to God than when we are being tested.
Let us pray together for your spiritual growth. Dear God, we thank You for Eklekteksos and their desire to learn more about Jesus and Your Word. We pray that You would strengthen their faith and provide them with the wisdom and understanding to know You better. in Jesus' name. We seek Your will together. We will also pray and believe that you will not lose your faith. It is written in Luke 22 in verse 32 WEB that .But I prayed for you, that your faith should not fail..
We stand with you in prayer for your mothers health. It is written in Jeremiah 30 in verse 17 WEB that I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeks after. In Matthew chapter 4 verse 23 WEB we read that among the miracles are cases od demon possessions and paralytics and healing all who were sick. This tells us that God can heal any ailment and that no sickness can stand up to the power of God. Imagine how much it must grieve God when He has placed a healing in your body and you throw it away due to unbelief. So dear Eklekteksos, may you receive the miracle of God with a believing heart. Stand on the promises of God, for He will do what He has promised.
We also lift up your brother to the Lord, asking that He would provide him with a job and heal his boss. We pray that the upcoming bi-pass surgery would go well and that recovery would be swift and complete, allowing your brother and the other staff members to return to work. Lord, we ask that You would be with the doctors and nurses, guiding their hands and giving them wisdom during the procedure, in Jesus' name.
We come before God, asking for His provision and protection over your warehouse team and the truck drivers just the same as Jesus ask God for Peter in Luke 22 verse 31 WEB Simon, Simon, behold, Satan asked to have all of you, that he might sift you as wheat, Answer Peter praying for you that you do not fall, I know that your brother starts out being weak, so we are prayer for this too. But Peter has a commitment to God's will in his heart, God know that.
We also pray for the safety of your children, asking that God would surround them with His angels and keep them from all harm and danger. What a joyful reminder that we as parents do not need to say a prayer of blessing or invoking angels in our children's lives. God has already done this in Psalm 91 in verse 11 WEB For he will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways. This promise of God is for us to hold on to in faith.
Finally, we intercede for those suffering from poverty, asking that God would provide them with food, shelter, and clothing. We pray that He would open up opportunities for them to rise out of their circumstances and experience His abundance. Trust God to provide. The miracles of Jesus show us though that it is not God's will that people remain in suffering and poverty. In I John 3 in verses 17-18 WEB.In Jesus near of time sacrifice of self, we are taught God loves a cheerful giver. I john 3:17-18 but whoever has the worlds goods, and sees his brother in need, and closes his heart of compassion against him, how does the love of God remain in him? My children, let us not love in word neither with the tongue, but in deed and truth.we pray as you touch this situation with Your mercy and grace and the problem of poverty in their lives so rise out of their circumstances and experience His abundance. We look to Jesus example of feeding of the 5000 where Jesus is looking at the problem and being moved with compassion to take the initiative and is taking some action.
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up Eklekteksos and all their concerns. We pray that You would strengthen their faith and draw them closer to You. We ask for Your healing touch on their mother and their brother's boss, and for Your provision and protection over their brother, the warehouse team, the truck drivers, their children, and those suffering from poverty. Lord we ask for what you have promised and ask Amen.
