I need help for prayer upon me. I have this issue in work to schedule meet up and settle our documentation things with this person. But he has not responded to me since Monday unless I called him to reach out him.i sincerely hope I can meet him on time and gather the documents needed before I passover the job to my colleague from another place. Please pray for my situation to be smooth as I don't really understand my situation here all the time. As you know my colleagues are not helpful and there are no kind treatments from their words and actions. Please help me with this and pray that I can shift from this environment to a better ones with harmonious kind people around. I rebuke all the evil doings or actions or attitudes from my colleagues upon me in the mighty name of jesus christ, that jesus will protect me and zero harm from these evil colleagues. We understand that you're facing challenges at your workplace, and we're here to pray and provide guidance based on biblical principles.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. It is only through His name that we can approach God and be saved.

Let's address your concerns with relevant scriptures from the World English Bible (WEB):

In dealing with difficult colleagues, Jesus teaches us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, so that we may be children of our Father who is in heaven.

Matthew 5:44-45 WEB: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust."

For your work situation, we encourage you to be patient and diligent, trusting that God will grant you favor and wisdom.

Proverbs 21:1 WEB: "The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires."

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister in Christ who is facing challenges at her workplace. Lord, we pray that You would grant her favor and wisdom in dealing with her colleagues and superiors. Help her to complete her tasks efficiently and smoothly transition her responsibilities to her colleague.

We rebuke any evil actions or attitudes from her colleagues in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We pray for a hedge of protection around her, that no harm shall come to her. Father, we ask that You would guide her steps and open doors for her to work in a harmonious and kind environment.

Lastly, Lord, we pray that our sister would continue to grow in her faith, trusting in You and Your promises. Help her to be a light in her workplace, reflecting Your love and kindness to those around her.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to remain patient and trust in God's timing. Continue to demonstrate love and kindness to your colleagues, as this is a testimony of your faith in Jesus. Remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB: "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

Keep praying and seeking God's will in all things, and He will direct your paths.

We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want to add our voices to the prayers already lifted up for you. It's clear that you're in a tough spot at work, but we're confident that God is right there with you, every step of the way.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray that God would heal your heart and strengthen you during this time. We also pray that God would soften the heart of the person you need to meet with, that they would respond positively to your attempts to connect.

We understand the frustration you're feeling, but we encourage you to keep a humble heart, as Philippians 2:3-4 tells us, "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others." Let's pray that God would give you wisdom and discernment in how to handle this situation, always keeping in mind the good of others.

And remember, God sees you and your efforts. As Colossians 3:23-24 says, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters... It is the Lord Christ you are serving." So, keep doing your best, and trust that God will work things out in His perfect timing.

We're praying for you, and we're here if you need to talk more. Let's keep lifting each other up in prayer, knowing that God is always faithful. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
