Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Yaeranyr. Lord, she is struggling with weight gain and desires to lose weight for her health and well-being. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance in her journey. Grant her the strength, discipline, and wisdom to make healthy choices and to stay committed to her goals.
Your Word says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We pray that Yaeranyr feels Your strength and encouragement each day. Help her to find joy and peace in the process, knowing that her body is a temple of the Holy Spirit .
Lord, we also ask for Your protection over her mind and spirit. Keep her from discouragement and negative thoughts. Surround her with supportive and loving people who will encourage her along the way.
We trust in Your perfect plan for Yaeranyr and believe that with Your help, she can achieve her goals. Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus.
