Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of our dear anonymous friend who is seeking restoration of faith and deliverance from addiction. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the source of all faith and that you have the power to heal and set free. We lift up this prayer request to you, knowing that you are a loving and compassionate God who hears our cries.
Your Word reminds us in Mark 11:22-24, "Have faith in God. Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." We claim this promise over our friend's life, believing that you can restore their faith and bring deliverance from addiction.
Lord, we ask that you would strengthen our friend's faith, reminding them of your faithfulness throughout history and in their own life. Help them to trust in your perfect timing and to hold onto the hope that you will answer their prayer. We pray for a renewed sense of your presence and a deepening of their relationship with you.
Father, we also ask for your intervention in their addiction. We know that you have the power to break every chain and set the captives free. Your Word assures us in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." We ask that you provide our friend with the strength and courage to overcome this addiction, leading them to a life of freedom and victory.
Lord, we pray that you would surround our friend with a supportive community of believers who can walk alongside them in their journey of faith and recovery. May they find encouragement, accountability, and love in this community, helping them to stay strong and focused on you.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your perfect plan and timing. May our friend experience a restoration of faith and a complete deliverance from addiction, bringing glory to your name.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
