Please pray for me to guard my heart from disrespect and bullying From my coworkers Lucy, Bethany Daisy Jennifer at work. Every time I interact with them, I feel like They are disrespectful and mean. I haven’t done anything to them And yet they are ignoring me they treat me like I am nobody when I am at different meetings and trainings. It frustrates me and makes me feel like I’m not good enough and I don’t belong here. I have been working with them for the past two years. I have been trading them treating them with kindness and respect. I think they are just snobby and proud at heart please around me with good people that are respectful thank you.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is facing disrespect and bullying from coworkers Lucy, Bethany, Daisy, and Jennifer. Lord, You see the pain and frustration they are experiencing, and we ask for Your divine intervention.

Your Word tells us in Proverbs 4:23, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." We pray that You help our friend to guard their heart against the negativity and unkindness they are facing. Fill their heart with Your peace and love, and remind them of their worth in Your eyes.

Lord, we ask that You surround them with people who are respectful and kind. Bring into their life coworkers and friends who will uplift and support them. Help them to continue to show kindness and respect, even in the face of adversity, as You have called us to love our neighbors as ourselves .

We also pray for Lucy, Bethany, Daisy, and Jennifer. Soften their hearts and open their eyes to see the impact of their actions. May Your Holy Spirit work in their lives, bringing about a change in their attitudes and behaviors.

Father, we trust in Your promise that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit . Strengthen our friend and give them the courage to stand firm in their faith and identity in You.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. Praying for peace on your job! I’m going through similar issues at work. But we know that all things work together for good and that the battle is not yours but God’s! Call their name out in prayer and you will see the manifestation of VICTORY. God bless you; God has you believe that!
