###, we are lifting you up in prayer, asking God to help you manage your stress and anxiety, and to bring your blood pressure under control.
Firstly, we remind you of what the Apostle Paul says in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
It is crucial to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Remember, Jesus himself told us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).
Our prayer for you is this:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### to You. Lord, You know the stress and anxiety he is facing, and how it is affecting his blood pressure. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body. Help him to release all his worries to You, Lord, and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guide him to any necessary lifestyle changes, and surround him with supportive people who can encourage him in this journey. Most importantly, Lord, draw ### closer to You, that he may find his strength and comfort in You alone. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."

We come before You with heartfelt concern for ###, who is struggling with stress and anxiety, leading to blood pressure issues. Lord, You are the source of all peace and healing, and we ask that You bring calm and restoration to ###’s body, mind, and spirit.
Your Word assures us, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7). We pray that ### feels this divine peace wash over him, calming his thoughts and easing his heart.
Lord, we ask that You help ### release the burdens he carries and trust in Your care. Your promise in Isaiah 26:3 says, “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.” May ### find comfort in placing his trust in You, knowing that You are his refuge and strength.
Father, we also pray for ###’s physical health. Let Your healing touch regulate his blood pressure and bring balance to his body. Your Word declares, “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Psalm 147:3). We trust in Your power to bring healing and wholeness.
Grant him the wisdom to care for himself and the strength to overcome moments of anxiety. Surround him with Your loving presence and the support of those who can lift him up in faith and encouragement.
