Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with a humble heart, lifting up our dear friend Thanateksos in prayer. Lord, You are the provider of all our needs, and we trust in Your perfect timing and wisdom. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:19 that "my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that You will open the right doors and provide the right opportunities for a job.
Father, we ask that You guide Thanateksos to the right job where talents and skills can be used for Your glory. We pray for favor in the eyes of employers and for the wisdom to make the right decisions during this job search. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." We trust that You are directing Thanateksos' path towards a fruitful and fulfilling employment.
Lord, grant peace and patience during this time of waiting. Let the assurance of Your provision fill Thanateksos' heart, knowing that You are in control and that Your plans are for good, as Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."
We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
