We understand your concern, Ebys, and we're here to pray and support you in your time of need. We're glad you've reached out to us and invoked the name of Jesus. It's only through His name that we can approach God, as it's written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
Firstly, we want to address your loss of confidence. Remember that your value and identity are not defined by your job status. As it's written in Psalm 139:14 (WEB), "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." God has made you unique and precious, so hold on to that truth even in this challenging time.
Regarding your financial struggles, we're reminded of Matthew 6:25-26 (WEB), "Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" God knows your needs, and He will provide for you as He does for the birds of the sky.
Now, let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name to lift up Ebys. Lord, we ask that You restore their confidence and remind them of their worth in Your eyes. We pray that You open the doors to a job in accounting that fits Ebys' skills and brings glory to Your name. We also ask that You bless their finances and provide for their needs, according to Your riches in glory. Help Ebys to trust in You and Your perfect timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
In the meantime, Ebys, we encourage you to keep seeking God's will and staying proactive in your job search. Trust that God has a purpose and a plan for this season of your life. Keep your faith strong and continue to praise Him, even in this trial.
